Description
Trifibre have been manufacturing Poly Cases for over 30 years as a durable, lightweight, but more cost effective alternative to flight cases. Poly cases are a great solution when storing or transporting when using your own vehicle/s and are ideally suited for light and medium duty applications.
A Poly Case starts out as a flat extruded sheet of HDPE. The sheet is then scored and bent around a welded steel metal frame around the top to give a rigid structure. Bifurcated rivets are then used to join the panels creating a durable case construction. Finally the case is foam lined with 10mm medium density HLB foam for added product protection.
The Plastic Eco Flight Case range has been especially designed using steel corners and fittings with a variety of sizes available to order online!
