Arbosil LMS Neutral Cure Silicone Sealant

Arbosil LMS is a high-quality, one-part neutral cure silicone sealant that reacts with moisture in the air to form a durable, flexible rubber seal. It’s designed for long-lasting performance and excellent adhesion on a wide range of construction materials.

Key Applications:

• Perimeter sealing of PVC-U and PPC window and door frames

• Movement joints in brickwork

• Glazing of insulating glass units

• Remedial glazing in building maintenance

Note: Not suitable for overpainting, glass-to-glass butt joints, or use against natural stone.

Application Instructions:

Before applying Arbosil LMS, all surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from dust or grease. For best results:

• Degrease using ARBO® Cleaner

• Use ARBO Primer 2650 on porous surfaces like brickwork

• Joint backing should be a closed cell, cross-linked polyethylene foam where required

• All work should follow BS8000-16:1997 + A1:2010 standards for joint sealing in buildings
